In late November of last year, our company's foreign trade department sales with engineer flied to Africa for visiting agents and customers in Africa. After one month negotiation, eventually signed a large order contract of log loaders/chargers with our African customers.
After a month working overtime production of our workers, on January 2 ,2018, 10 units log loaders /chargers 100% completed production. After two days of loading, those machines finally shipped out to Africa, this order which is a good start for year 2018, laying a good foundation for the company to export more large quantities of orders in the future.
Based on the previous visit of the inspection about setting up after-sales service, this time shipment not only for 10 units log loaders /chargers, but also loading large quantities of spare parts of loader chargers & forklifts, which are would be placed in local after-sales service center. Before the containers arrives destination, our professional overseas technician will also arrive in Africa, who would be responsible for handling the related problems about maintenance and management of after sales service center, providing more convenient after-sales service for local customers. Through increasing the investment of after-sales service in Africa , it’s to ensure local customers satisfaction with the product after-sales service , so as to improve market share.
