Realize the diversification of product production chain, LTMG Shandong plant expansion project launched

In order to meet the growing demand for construction machinery products in the international market, in December 2022, LTMG launched a four-month expansion of its plant in Shandong Province, China, which is expected to be completed and ready for use in April 2023.


LTMG  has made a fine planning and design of the whole factory before implementing the expansion project.The new expanded factory will have a total area of 20,000 square meters, including 18,000 square meters of production space, 2,000 square meters of R&D center, laboratories, etc. The new facility is twice the size of the original and is expected to double production capacity, accommodating more than 1,200 additional machines.




In addition to expanding the plant area, the Group will invest a lot of money in equipment renovation and actively introduce new technologies to ensure the steady improvement of production quality and efficiency. And the update and iteration of equipment will bring the overall technical level and automation of the plant to a new high. In addition, this expansion project added a pile driving production line and a crawler dumper production line, further realizing the diversification of the product production chain.




The implementation of this project is expected to bring the factory to a qualitative leap in terms of production capacity, technology and equipment, and to achieve the goal of "improving quality and increasing efficiency". The new factory will be more reasonable in terms of personnel arrangement, with each step having corresponding personnel and positions. This will not only improve the production efficiency, but also make the control of the production process more strict to meet the higher requirements of the market for product quality and performance nowadays.

LTMG will continue to pay attention to the international market demand, respond to the market development changes, plan to improve the production level and optimize the marketing layout to meet the global customer demand for multi-class and multi-spec products.
